Due to a recent retirement they are in the market for a Estimator/Quote Administrator to join their close knit and stable team. This is a permanent, full time opportunity based in their Gold Coast office with onsite parking and various perks and opportunity to grow your career. The Role Reporting directly to the MD your role will be a crucial part of their success and responsibilities will include: Provide quotations - Enter sizes, specifications and other key information into quoting system Read and Interpret floor plans and elevations to provide take-offs for quoting Amend and provide variations to quotes where needed Answer phones and handle customer enquiries and manage incoming emails Manage purchase orders Manage fleet servicing Other general administration duties as requested Preferred Experience The ideal candidate will have: Experience in a similar role or building products familiar environment Outstanding attention to detail Ability to interpret building plans Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong computer system and administrative skills Ability to work in and be a part of a friendly team environment For any further questions and see what is on offer please call Aiden on 0422 927 603 alternatively send your query to aidenengagetalent.com.au
