The Position To act as a contract administrator / superintendent to coordinate and manage the delivery of AlburyCity's capital infrastructure projects within the Project Delivery Team. Qualifications & experience Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline Class C (standard) Driver's Licence (compulsory to have and maintain) Relevant experience in civil construction project management including contract management, administration and supervision Sound understanding of the interdependence of disciplines involved in project management Tasks & responsibilities Plan, Organise, prepare and implement construction contracts to deliver AlburyCity's infrastructure projects on time, within budget and in line with AlburyCity's guidelines. Maintaining environmental compliance and sustainability. Contribute to the delivery of Projects on time, within budget and quality standards including; Planning, maintaining, coordinating and monitoring construction budgets, programs and completion of activities. Preparing scope of works for tender. Hours Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
