Benefits Salary range between $65k of and $90k super (dependent on experience) Prestons location Permanent role Ongoing mentoring, development and career growth opportunities Fantastic working culture Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm Full time office based role Duties and responsibilities As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in the success of the business. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Customer Service: Deliver outstanding phone customer service. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by being efficient, caring, humorous, and kind. Greet customers warmly and manage new inquiries with a friendly approach. Oversee customer accounts and follow up on their needs. Update customers on status of their deliveries and stock availability Utilise Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage communications and customer data. Netsuite and Hubspot experience is advantageous Sales: Communicate pricing and costs of products to customers Cross sell and upsell into customers Promotionally selling aged and soon to expire stock to customers Increasing sales through regular client contact and maintaining customer relationships Processing customer orders in the company sales management system Internal teams: Liaising daily with the manufacturing, sales and marketing teams Updating customer requirements to the sales teams Skills and Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be communicating with customers, internal and external stakeholders every day and all of this communication needs to be well spoken, written, friendly and professional. Computer skills; you'll need to be computer savvy to navigate various software platforms, with prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRMs desirable. Strong organisation skills; you'll need to be able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
