Job Description About the role Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for first impressions when entering the WA office representing our small but driven and professional team. Administrative duties will be the core part of the delivery tasks in this role, you will also have the opportunity to gain further insight into the various roles of the business, while offering support to each department. You will have the opportunity to own the stewardship of our compliance and safety functions in WA, working closely with the HSE team based at Head Office. Exceptional communication skills are a must with strong knowledge of computer technology and general office equipment. Interviews will be held late 2024 with onboarding in January 2025. Duties Answering phones, opening mail, ordering office supplies etc. Invoice coordination and support with processing as required Communication coordination and support with; Inductions, Onboarding, internal HRIS system, General Management and IT setup Stock management, allocation and calibration Health, Safety and Environment reporting and weekly stats coordination Weekly and monthly reporting Business Compliance system stewardship Heavy Vehicle compliance and accreditation process management Business auditing – office and periodically on-site Skills & experience High proficiency in Excel and Word Business administration experience Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to work independently, prioritise and complete multiple tasks effectively Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a support role Experience from a construction or logistics environment will be highly regarded Benefits Excellent culture that promotes a strong team-based environment.
