Benefits and Perks Flexible hours and the option to work from home when business allows Employee and friends & family discounts at Urban Rest properties A fantastic, highly value driven work culture full of driven, curious, empathetic and supportive individuals ME Day’s and Volunteer days available per year Access to free “staff stays” in our new properties An environment that provides significant levels of career growth, progression and the opportunity to take on responsibility We’re a social bunch and we strive to have a fun, friendly, and collaborative work environment Dog-friendly office in Surry Hills, close to public transport Responsibilities The basics, setting up and managing users and our licences including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions etc. Work with the rest of the technology team to identify and gather requirements, providing your Salesforce expertise to create scalable solutions with a focus on user experience Supporting the implementation of large projects like Field Service and Revenue Cloud with our external development partner Creating the objects, fields and actions that drive our business processes Building and updating the supporting flows, assignment rules and approval processes Develop intuitive and dynamic page layouts based on different profiles, RecordTypes and fields Support the business to develop insightful reports and dashboards Understanding of DevOps process using Salesforce’s DevOps Centre and Sandbox management Skills We're seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications: 3 or more years of Salesforce Administration experience with Salesforce Administrator ADM201 completion (including certification) Experience with Service and Sales Cloud as a minimum, ideally with some exposure to any of Field Service, Revenue Cloud, OmniChannel Experience working with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and a working understanding of the automation and engagement studio functions Strong data management abilities, including data migration, deduplication, and data quality control Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and deliver solutions Any experience or knowledge of APEX Triggers and APEX code is a benefit At Urban Rest, we extend our invitation to candidates from Indigenous, neurodiverse, disabled, international, and diverse cultural backgrounds.
