We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Risk, Compliance and Enterprise Services team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Based in our Melbourne office this role will provide support to the National Deeds Coordinator. The primary function of this role will be to provide administration support on all activities relating to the firms deeds and closed files processes. Key Responsibilities Administer the recording and archiving of deeds in line with the firms processes Maintain accurate records in our systems, including details of receipt, packet and matter numbers Search, retrieve and send deeds as requested in line with the firms processes Resolve any queries regarding Deeds Working with internal and external stakeholders to assist with various administrative requests The experience we are looking for Coupled with the below you will be dealing largely with sensitive and critical information so a high level of attention to detail is imperative. Experience in the archival process of documentation, including deeds, will be advantageous Experience in administrative duties Highly competent with use of computers and systems Excellent document management skills including strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to take initiative to complete set tasks Strong communication skills both verbal and written To be successful in this role it is essential you have the ability to prioritise, cope with a fast-changing environment and possess excellent organisational skills.
