Key Responsibilities: Receive and process goods inwards, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Pick and pack orders, preparing them for dispatch. Load and unload trucks using a forklift. Coordinate and book freight companies and manage consignment notes Maintain stock control and keep the store area organised. Adhere to health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to help optimise operational processes. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a counterbalance forklift operator (high reach forklift experience is a plus but not essential). Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Previous experience as a storeperson with the use of RF scanners. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. A valid LF forklift ticket is a must. A proactive attitude towards career development and a willingness to take on new challenges.
