Operations Administration Assistant Role Overview The Operations Administration Assistant will support the daily operations of our facility. This role involves assisting with scheduling, inventory checks, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient and timely delivery services. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in a warehouse environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, inventory checks, and data entry Assist with logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipment Ensure all records are accurately maintained in our systems Prepare and track shipping documentation to facilitate smooth delivery processes Liaise with operations team members to address daily needs and resolve any issues Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in an administration role is desirable Familiarity with HACCP and AQIS documentation is desirable (or a willingness to learn) Prior experience in a warehouse environment is desirable Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy in record-keeping Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software Compliance Administration Assistant Role Overview The Compliance Administration Assistant will focus on supporting our compliance and safety protocols. This role involves overseeing documentation related to HACCP, AQIS, and safety standards, ensuring our operations meet all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be meticulous with documentation and familiar with safety and compliance procedures. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of the operations team in line with HACCP, AQIS, and APF safety standards and protocols Work closely with the HSE Manager to review and document safety practices, ensuring alignment with compliance objectives Assist with internal safety audits and inspections, identifying non-compliance issues and suggesting corrective actions Maintain clear, organised compliance records to support ongoing regulatory adherence Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in an administration role is desirable Familiarity with HACCP and AQIS documentation is desirable (or a willingness to learn) Prior experience in a warehouse environment is desirable Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy in record-keeping Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software Pay Rate The hourly rate for these casual roles are $32 p/h.
