We have an opportunity for an administrative professional to join our growing legal team and provide assistance to our Corporate lawyers. Key Activities: Project Support: Preparation of project documentation for review by the corporate lawyers. Coordinate the execution of documents via DocuSign, ensuring timely completion and following up with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise. Lodge PPSR for equipment and maintain a register of verification statements and tokens to facilitate the removal of PPSR when necessary. Preparation of Franchise, Leasing and other documents: Assisting with preparation of franchising packages for lawyers to review such as disclosure documents, franchise agreements, licence agreements, franchise certificates, sale of business agreements etc. Prepare notices to business and suppliers of store changes. To prepare for execution any leasing or notice documents required for in person execution and facilitate delivery to other parties as required. Put all documents across all brands in the required DocuSign format and upload them for signature. Assisting with arranging execution of Supply agreements via DocuSign. The ideal person for this opportunity will be: Highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, ready to learn, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Administration background required, legal secretarial or legal administration experience preferred. Highly motivated team player. Experience with DocuSign highly desirable but not required.
