Key Responsibilities: Front of House Management: Oversee all aspects of reception management, delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors. Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Client Query Management: Address all internal and external queries related to client tenancy, including repairs and maintenance, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security requirements. Office Consumables Management: Manage the inventory of office supplies, ensuring availability and compliance with company policies. General Office Administration: Provide comprehensive office administration services, including SAP administration, security system management, record management, and intranet updates. Workspace Fit/Form Change Requests: Define and manage the process for workspace adjustments, ensuring alignment with company policies and client needs. Lease Management: Input and manage lease information accurately, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with lease agreements. Invoice Review and Reconciliation: Review and reconcile invoices against lease terms, preparing them for client approval. Tenant Improvement Projects: Oversee tenant improvement projects, ensuring alignment with lease terms and client standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in front of house management or office administration. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in SAP or similar office management software. Understanding of health, safety, and security compliance. Experience with lease management and invoice reconciliation is advantageous. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role , with a strong focus on front-of-house operations and office management. Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and resolving queries effectively. Previous experience overseeing facility management or tenant improvement projects preferred.
