The role: In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in the sales team’s success by preparing proposals, managing customer databases, and handling inquiries. From scheduling meetings and managing marketing materials to ensuring seamless project handovers, your organizational skills will keep everything on track. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with the marketing team, assist with advertising campaigns, and even help organize trade shows and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities: Provide vital support to the sales team, preparing proposals, contracts, and maintaining databases to keep client information flowing seamlessly. Manage inquiries, offering clients information about the range of projects and services. Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain marketing inventory, and assist in organising events and trade shows. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute ad campaigns and boost brand presence. What experience might you have? Proven experience in a sales administration role, ideally in the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus. Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills. Enthusiasm for supporting clients and team members throughout the sales process.
