The successful candidates will receive a Certificate IV in Civil Construction. High performing trainee’s will be given the opportunity to continue as full-time employees, with career advancement at Hall Contracting once their traineeship is complete. The successful candidates will be provided with in depth training as a Civil Construction Supervisor. This traineeship will involve: Opportunity to work alongside and understand the day to day Runnings of site Learn all aspects of major project work such as bulk earthworks, major drainage and pipeline & road Construction’ Learn all aspects of major project work such as bulk earthworks, major drainage and pipeline & road Construction’ Theoretically Coordinate business operational plans Apply site risk management system Demonstrate leadership in the workplace Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures, and programs About you: Hold (or willing to obtain) a construction White Card Current Civil Machinery Tickets Highly Advantageous Hold a current manual driver’s licence Have a can-do positive attitude Can demonstrate leadership capabilities Be available to work Monday – Friday Candidates who have completed a trade-based apprenticeship will be highly regarded, alongside candidates who have completed a cert III in Civil Construction Is looking for longevity in the role and happy to stay on with Hall Contracting on completion Successful candidates will be required to pass an aptitude test and a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
