Looking to speak to Office Administrators available to start in December for a 12 month role - CBD based with 1 day WFH Our Client Located in Martin Place, our client strives for a quality, professional service at all times. Initially, this role will commence as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the option to potentially extend or become permanent. This role is due to start in December. Position Description • Act as the first line contact for all internal communications. • Support the Company Director and business teams with administrative tasks. • Complete administration duties related to client admission, transition, alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systems. • Accurately and objectively document activities and client services to ensure the effective communication of client needs, preferences, activities and charges. • Manage team documentation and communication systems in line with legislation, industry guidelines and organisational processes. • Maintenance of weekly office supplies. • Ensure office is kept in a clean and tidy manner. Profile As an ideal applicant you will have: • Previous experience in a similar admin role. • Excellent organisational & multitasking skills. • Proven ability to think and plan logically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. • Strong experience using all Microsoft Suite products. • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
