About the Role: Drive the full spectrum of technical project delivery by developing solution-oriented requirements and designing robust application and infrastructure solutions. Evaluate and recommend optimal technology options to align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the development of integrated designs for solutions spanning infrastructure, applications, and vendor systems, ensuring seamless mapping of interdependencies. Establish comprehensive technical delivery capabilities, including crafting solution-driven requirements, designing applications and infrastructure, evaluating technology options, and overseeing development in collaboration with vendors. Provide guidance on integration, testing, and management of dependencies across all projects. Partner with the Project Manager to align solution development activities, coordinate delivery plans, and map out interdependencies between vendors and the Agency for successful project execution. Collaborate closely with business, operations, security, and key stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Engage with testing teams to verify that all new functionalities are rigorously tested and tracked, ensuring alignment across vendor outputs. Coordinate technical efforts across vendors and internal Agency teams, managing all aspects of design, development, testing, and operational handover to ensure successful project outcomes. Skills and Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience in delivering complex software solutions, driving successful project outcomes. Strong technical expertise in implementing large-scale, mission-critical systems across diverse cloud environments, with extensive experience in managing enterprise databases and applications such as Oracle. Deep knowledge of industry-standard frameworks and methodologies, including SDLC, COBIT, PRINCE2, ISO9001, ITSM, and SIAM, ensuring best practices in development, delivery, and operations. Hands-on experience with project delivery tools within a DevOps/DevSecOps framework, streamlining processes for faster and more secure deployments.
