Career Opportunity - Corporate Receptionist, Permanent (Full-Time) MAIB are seeking to recruit a dedicated Corporate Receptionist to join their values-driven organisation. This role serves as the initial point of contact for their valued clients, and it involves delivering comprehensive administrative support to Claims Officers. Our Corporate Receptionist works in a tight-knit team environment. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Responding to telephone enquiries and receiving visitors at MAIB's reception. Providing clients with general information and advice on the claims management process, or directing them to the appropriate specialist for more complex claims management issues. Offering comprehensive administrative assistance to Claims Officers, including but not limited to data entry, scanning, payment processing, and word processing.
