Customer service representative needed for fantastic contract role, located in Armidale. Position : Customer Service Representative Start : ASAP Hours: Up to 20 hours per week Duration : Until 29/08/2025 Salary : $36.11 per hour plus superannuation Location : Armidale NSW Primary Purpose of the Position Support our Client’s business unit by providing great customer service, advice and information to customers and the community. Key Requirements 2-3 years customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong email etiquette Previous government experience is preferred but not essential Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred Intermediate computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Teams Ability to pickup new software systems quickly Ability to attend a training program delivered over two distinct sessions, each spanning 5 consecutive days. Successful candidates will be required to travel to our Client’s specialised training facility in Coffs Harbour or Penrith during these periods to fulfil their training requirements.
