What you will be doing First point of contact for the organisation Manage meeting rooms Assisting clients with quotes over email / via the phone General administration ect Managing contracts Using billing software Booking meeting rooms. What we are looking for: You will have a minimum of 2-4 years in a similar role. You will have a keen eye for detail and show initiative. You will have exceptional skills across the Microsoft Office suite and a friendly, helpful attitude. No task can be too big or too small for this unique person.
