Duties will include (but not be limited to): Answering phones, up to 3 lines and being able to multitask client simultaneously Booking appointments and procedures Processing payments Delivering outstanding communication and customer service to our clients, in person and over the phone Ensuring the reception area and consult rooms are kept clean and presentable Processing pet insurance claims The position would suit someone who: Loves animals Has strong time management skills and able to take direction Friendly, polite, sociable Is a team player but also the ability to work independently under pressure Self-organised to achieve goals by working on their own Empathetic to client and customer's needs - goes above and beyond to make customers happy We are looking for an experienced receptionist; this position is not a pathway to study veterinary nursing.
