Purpose of the Position Yurra are currently seeking an experienced Part Time Payroll Officer to join its team based at our Corporate Office in Stirling Responsibilities: • Assist in the Process of utility payments, Wages and Super • Payroll Tax • Attend to accounting queries and taxes, Banking • Correspondence with Asic • Contract workers and general office Administration • End to end processing of payrolls • Updating payroll records • Liaising with staff and management on queries • Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations • Calculation and processing of LSL, termination payments • Processing pay increases & calculation of back-pays • Workers Compensation payments • Various ad-hoc responsibilities as required • Software used - Employment hero To be successful for this role, you will have: • Must have strong experience within Payroll • Excellent communication skills • Be available for full time working hours • Good computer skills • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a flexible, multi-functional team environment • Good verbal and written communication • Strong numeracy skills, and attention to detail • Experience in processing large volumes of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service • Able to work autonomously and use initiative What we offer: • Attractive Salary • Part Time – flexible working hours • Be part of a successful team within a growing company • Fantastic promotion prospects • Access to an employee assistance program (EAP)
