Join a leading retail giant who are looking for a Senior Designer with a passion for prints and product development in the sleepwear category. Create elevated sleepwear designs with impactful prints aligned with brand strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in designing sleepwear apparel, identifying and implementing key print trends each season. Collaborating closely with the design team, you'll design and develop prints. Responsibilities: Research and identify emerging sleepwear and print trends and present trend forecasts to buying and trade teams. Guide design and print development throughout the season. Evolve print handwriting to reflect the latest trends. Interpret trends to target customers effectively. Stay updated on local and international competition. Conduct ongoing research to anticipate future trends. Collaborate with the creative and buying teams to meet print needs. Translate trends into commercially viable designs. Requirements: Up to 5 years proven experience in design & print & apparel industry. Strong knowledge of print trends and techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
