This opportunity involves the rapid establishment of a Victim Liaison Service (VLS) Call Centre, aimed at enhancing support services for victims across the state. About the Role: This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual capable of managing a fast-paced project with minimal supervision. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will play a vital role in the VLS Call Centre setup, aimed at enhancing victim support services. Key Responsibilities: Lead project management activities for the swift implementation of the VLS Call Centre. Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Establish and transition project deliverables into ongoing business operations. Develop and maintain a monitoring and evaluation framework for tracking performance, victim satisfaction, and service quality. Prepare detailed project reports, briefings, and submissions on stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management. Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with a track record of handling risks and issues. Experience in human services, particularly in a public-facing role. Excellent analytical skills to establish efficient processes within a call centre environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
