What We Need From You:

  • Customer Experience – Previous experience in customer service, whether in retail, hospitality, or a similar field, is essential. Your ability to meet customer needs through excellent interactions, product recommendations, and top-tier service is key.
  • Optical Experience – While experience in optics is a plus, we are more than happy to train individuals with a willingness to learn.
  • Passion – A genuine love for delivering amazing customer experiences and helping clients with their eyewear and eyecare needs.
  • Energy – Thrive in a fast-paced, growing business with a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt to change.
  • Effectiveness – Ability to manage time and operational responsibilities without compromising customer service.
  • Problem Solving – Strong critical thinking skills to help solve customer vision issues and deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Teamwork – A passion for working with a collaborative team, including management, optometrists, and support staff.
  • Drive – A commitment to achieving results through outstanding customer service and dedication to your role.
  • Availability – Must be fully available from the beginning of November 2024 until the end of January 2025.
