The Role As a Senior Engineer in Hydraulics, you will: Collaborate with clients, including architects, builders, and contractors, to deliver efficient, sustainable hydraulic systems. Guide junior engineers and modellers, fostering technical growth and excellence. Coordinate with internal teams to manage project milestones and ensure seamless delivery. Lead projects through all phases, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards. Build and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for future projects. Prepare reports highlighting improvement areas and cost-saving solutions. About You We’re looking for someone with: At least 6 years of local experience in hydraulic engineering. A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a hydraulic design diploma. Hold national and/or regional registrations and qualifications or in process of obtaining them (CPEng, NER, DBP, RPEQ or QBCC Designers License).
