Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team at the Clyde Dive Site on the (WTP) Western Tunelling Package. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for overseeing the dive structure and associated services. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and hands-on experience in construction and engineering related to underwater structures. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and inspection of dive structures and associated services. Collaborate with other engineering teams and contractors to ensure the project progresses on time and within budget. Review and approve dive site plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards, engineering specifications, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with dive teams to ensure safe and effective execution of tasks, managing resources and schedules efficiently. Monitor and report on the project's progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other site personnel. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and cost estimates. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering (or a related discipline). Strong knowledge of dive operations, safety protocols, and marine services. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in challenging and dynamic environments.
