Your new role In this role, you will provide Level 1 / Level 2 support to the end users within the business. You will work closely with the Service Desk Manager and be involved in exciting projects including rollouts and migrations. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience providing level 1/2 support. Previous hands-on experience troubleshooting and fixing issues Proficiency working in a Microsoft 365 environment Experience with Retail Systems, including POS and EFTPOS systems in an IT environment. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers and backup systems.
