Based at our branch in Welshpool, we currently have an opportunity for a Hybrid Driver and ED Operator to join our team and assist in the service and expansion of our business. With a wide and varied client base our routes vary daily. Our role is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person who can work unsupervised and who is interested in a diverse range of duties with a mix of physical, driving, and customer service duties as a part of this role. Key responsibilities: • Receive and record materials using ERP software • Hardware refurbishing skills primarily PCs and laptops • Ability to set up and manage LAN • Ability to install and manager Windows and MacOS • Data erasure software • Sorting and dismantling of e-waste for commodity types • Operate battery powered and compressed air tools • Check loads are secure • Multi-client visits and onsite requirements • Operation mechanical lifting and loading plant as required i.e. forklift (if licensed), electric and manual pallet jacks • Loading and unloading vehicles with servicing requirements • Remain compliant with all policies and procedures including WHS To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following: • Valid Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License with a good Driver History Record • Previous work experience in a similar role • Great physical stamina and manual dexterity – need to be physically fit as manual handling is required • Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude • Be able to work autonomously and independently • Ability to ensure that service's meet quality objectives • Strong communication skills - written and verbal • Attention to detail and good time management • Be able to work autonomously and independently • Good organisational and time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Problem solver • Be aligned with our values of Safe, Smart, Sustainable and Service.
