Engeny is seeking a Senior Process or Chemical Engineer with strong experience in water infrastructure planning and design including water and/or wastewater treatment to join our Integrated Water Planning team which is active in the network planning and water/wastewater treatment markets. About the Role As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in providing consultancy and technical services across any of the below focus areas: • Concept and detailed (not mandatory) design, planning or feasibility assessments • Wastewater treatment modelling • Industrial water treatment and/or stormwater treatment • Asset management of water or wastewater infrastructure • Biosolids and solid stream experience valued The Integrated Water Planning team works on a wide range of projects from strategic assessments to design and operations, for a diverse range of clients across the Government and Private sectors. Typically our team members will work on 15 – 30 different projects each year, including small-team, innovative projects and large multi-disciplinary efforts. Other key responsibilities include:- • Technical delivery of projects within your focus area. • Project management within your focus area, including budgets, timelines and client relationships. • Proposal writing. • Input into the Integrated Water Planning team’s and the wider Engeny business strategies. • Potential for cross-disciplinary project work in any of our disciplines at Engeny. About you • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and 5 or more years of experience. • Demonstrated expertise in water and wastewater treatment, across any of the focus areas listed above. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. • Chartered Engineer / RPEQ (or the ability to obtain these certifications). • Detailed design experience is beneficial but not necessary.
