The position is a full-time permanent position and is responsible in overseeing the administrative and customer service functions for Council’s Environmental Health Unit in the delivery of health protection programs. This includes the development, review and implementation of administration policy, procedures and practice standards, incorporating quality assurance, best practice principles to deliver quality and cost effective services. About you: You will have effective experience working in a dynamic administrative environment including the accurate use, maintenance, testing and reporting of high volume data management systems (Registration and Inspection Management and Immunisation), and proficiency in use and application of MS Office programs. The successful applicant will have a commitment to quality and continuous improvement principles and excellence in customer service.
