Job Description Reporting to Depot Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities: Develop the skills, knowledge and certifications to operate locomotives hauling rolling stock units on a railway line. For example, fitter, electrician, mechanic etc Ability to work shifts and work away from home Pass pre-employment medical checks including Psychometric safety testing, Category 1 medical/physical and ongoing drug and alcohol screens Ability to complete a national police clearance A valid, full drivers’ licence Other important information We reserve the right to commence recruitment proceedings prior to the stated closing date.
