Administration Officer Intensive Rehabilitation Community Corrections, Corrective Services NSW Location – Hurstville Employment type – 1 x Temp (12 months) full-time (35 hours per week) Talent pool creation Salary - $79,032 - $86,539 plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 3/4) Your role As an administration officer, you will provide administrative and support services to facilitate the smooth operation of the intensive rehabilitation team. Specifically working within Countering Violent Extremism (CVE), you will provide essential support across various functions, including confidently writing minutes and distributing minutes that capture important discussions and decisions, as well as assisting colleagues with a variety of tasks. Your adaptable, and strong communication skills, as well as tech savvy nature will ensure success in this role. What you’ll do As part of the Intensive rehabilitation team, you will deliver multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes, and milestones, while maintaining accuracy and attention to details What we’re looking for Ability to provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting, and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the team with minimal supervision. Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making. Follow administrative systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible only by authorised personnel.
