We're seeking a Property Professional to oversee business systems to ensure compliance and consistency across the team. About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join our clients Property Management & Operations team. This key role requires strong expertise in property management, contract administration, and compliance. You’ll work across asset management, systems oversight, contract negotiations, and ensuring legislative compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee property management and ensure compliance with Australian Standards and building regulations. Manage systems for safety, compliance, and documentation, conducting regular audits. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring quality service delivery. Assist with tender preparation and service agreement negotiations. Monitor legislation to ensure compliance and work with in-house counsel on documentation. What We’re Looking For: Experience in property management, contract administration, and compliance. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, contractors, and clients. Proactive, self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to interpret leases, contracts, and relevant legislation. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
