Job Summary: As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring thatoperations adhere to all relevant fire safety regulations and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance standards and fostering a culture of safety and accountability within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement compliance training programs and materials. Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, including audit findings, corrective actions, and compliance reports. Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and assist in investigations and responses to compliance inquiries. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices related to fire safety and compliance. Support the development of internal policies and procedures to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports and documentation to regulatory bodies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Compliance Coordinator or in a similar role, specifically within the fire safety industry. In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards Notify compliance issues and recommend solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Proficient in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) is a plus.
