If you're ready to jump in and make a difference, we’d love to meet you You’ll work closely with the Project Managers or Estimating Manager, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the industry. From seeing projects come to life, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Estimating Manager, managing contracts, preparing estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be doing procurement for the team. Your ideas and contributions will truly matter. We are looking for someone who loves what they do and only wants to continue to learn and grow. You will work with great leaders and mentors and get exposure to a wide range of projects. We believe in doing good work and having a balanced work life. As such, our team primarily works a 4-day work week (Mondays to Thursdays) from 8 am to 5 pm, with the work flexibility . Key Responsibilities: Manage variations, EOTs, RFIs, budgets, takeoffs, and quotes Review project documents and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. Client correspondence Procurement for the team Estimating landscape and other projects Sub-contractor and supplier management including ordering WHS compliance Liaise with consultants, councils, utility providers and approval authorities Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects. Resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation. Other administrative tasks that will be delegated About You: Ideally you will have: A bachelor’s degree in either Construction Management, Project Management, or Building and Construction Management is highly desired but may not be necessary if you have extensive experience in these roles with a construction company or have recently graduated. Experience as a Contract Administrator and/or Estimator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Strong analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
