ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY With a new $150mil apartment project on the northern side of the Gold Coast this large builder requires a Senior CA to manage the commercial function on the project over the next 2 years. You will have a full team (CA, Junior CA/Cadet & Project Admin) to manage and help complete the work. Working with the PM, who has been with the builder for a number of years and knows how to deliver projects for them, you will be integral to managing the client, consultants and subbies successfully. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED They are looking for a Senior CA who is not content to just run through the motions, but wants to do more, to make decisions, to lead and ultimately show they are capable of being a PM or Contract Manager.
