You will use your interpersonal skills to assist our members/debtors with their general enquiries for a positive member experience. Your key responsibilities will be: Bank statement reconciliations including processing of manual electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect. Accounts payable & receivable duties Assisting our members/debtors through various channels (inbound calls and email requests) Daily reporting and file management Dispute resolution – first line response This could be just the right role for you You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
