Job Responsibilities Join the team at Byerwen Mine as a HSEQ & Training Administrator and be responsible to ensure all HSEQT policies and procedures are followed across site. About the role 5:2 Mon-Fri Roster DIDO to Site Full Time Permanent Position Roles & responsibilities not limited to: • Enter hazards into InControl® for Surface and Underground divisions. • Enter training records into Chris21 for the Surface and Underground divisions. • Upload training records to Success Factors and Corporate Drives. • Compile summary reports for various HSEQT information. • Preparation of reports, papers, presentation material and information as required. • Prepare agendas, gather information and generate reports in preparation for meetings. • Provide general administrative support to the HSEQT team. • Planning and organisation of travel, meetings and general organisation of the Group HSEQT team. • Assist with the preparation of presentations and support papers as required. • Preparation of training material, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) forecast meetings and scheduling. • Assist with the coordination of internal and external conferences and training as required. About you: • Demonstrated experience in HSEQT/Mining Administration or similar. • Proven time management skills with a high attention to detail. • Strong knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite. • Able to self-manage and work independently. • Current C Class Manual Drivers Licence Employee benefits Refer-A-Friend program, earn up to $8K per successfully placed referral.
