The Administration Coordinator is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years however, your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. About the Role As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Administration Coordinator 3 will play a key role in the executive leadership of the College. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate proven experience in the following: supporting the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students leading a Key Learning Area or Cohort, experience as a member of a College executive team is an advantage demonstrate a whole school understanding of the role of the Administration Coordinator timetable development and using Edval compass and its use for the daily organisation of a school exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective contemporary pedagogies a commitment to growing the College's culture of learning excellent classroom management skills have affected change and improvement at a whole school level have effective communication and engagement skills with students, staff and parents have a proven ability to work collegially within a team environment.
