About the role: Manage high volume outgoing and incoming mail - print labels for mail, attach to envelopes, including menus, coordinate mail collections, facilitate courier collections, liaise with other business units to coordinate deliveries ensuring best service delivery to customers Oversee efficient coordinator of courier deliveries, liaising with drivers, printing labels, attach coupons to perishable labels, liaise with production and operations team Order menus via IPG, monitor stock on hand notify and coordinate replenishment Act as a liaison between customer operations and customers to ensure effective service delivery Manage process download / bug program function Update weekly checklists, including printing and distributing General administrative duties, including regular reporting What You'll Bring: Highly motivated with a passion to learn, develop and continuously improve process and functions Ability to undertake a variety of office based administrative tasks Demonstrate strong administrative skills, coordination skills and excellent attention to detail, achieving a consistently high level of accuracy in all areas Ability to quickly become proficient with Lite n’ Easy systems, processes and procedures Extremely well organised, with the ability to prioritise a changing ‘to do’ list and to use initiative as required Ability to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with all stakeholders Comfortable working individually as well as part of the team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective time management Proficiency in MS Office Join Our Team If you're an Australian Citizen or Resident with a passion for customer service and a drive to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you Take the first step toward a rewarding career with Lite n' Easy.
