About the Role As a Data Engineer at Avivo, you will play a crucial role in unlocking the value of our data. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines that ensure our data is accurate, accessible, and optimized for analytics and reporting. By building meaningful data patterns for business insights, you’ll directly support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with the Analytics Architect, you will enhance data quality, manage infrastructure, and transform data into structured models. Your contributions will drive innovation in Avivo’s data platform, aligning technical solutions with business needs to foster impactful, data-backed decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain data pipelines to support increasing data volume and complexity. Collaborate with business and analytics teams to translate needs into technical specifications. Monitor data quality and infrastructure to ensure consistent data availability. Research and test new data solutions to support predictive and prescriptive analytics. Provide immediate response to data ingestion and transformation issues. What We Need From You Qualifications in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Data Engineering. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with demonstrated proficiency in Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and Data Lake Storage. Exposure to Power BI and a curiosity to explore innovative data solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scenarios into business language.
