This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Customer Service Officer with a background ideally in disability support or similar to join the team. Your new role As a Participant Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to your team. Your key responsibilities include: Resolving customer enquiries in person and over the phone. Providing information and referring customers to relevant departments. Monitoring the teams shared email inbox and calendar. Scheduling customer appointments. Conducting research and preparing reports and correspondence. Performing general administrative tasks. As an Administration Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data.Collecting data from various sources and converting it for analysis.Using statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends.Defining new data collection and analysis processes.Preparing reports and visualising data with tools like Excel and Visio.Assisting in data-driven decision-making.Maintaining databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Resolving data management issues through regular audits. What you'll need to succeed Prior experience in an administration or customer service related role is essential.Background in disability support, healthcare or similar is highly desirable.Experience in diary and email management, coordinating travel and preparing documentation would be highly desirable.Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise tasks.Be proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel, and confidently use different technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.This role requires candidates to be an Australian Citizen.The successful candidate will need to complete 2 reference checks, a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
