We currently have a fantastic opportunity in our HR team. Located onsite in Guyra NSW, this role would suit a university student studying a HR/business related degree who is seeking exposure to the HR and administration field, or a local candidate with relevant Administration experience. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Site reception, including being the first point of contact for site visitors; Maintaining electronic and hard copy employee records and files; Supporting recruitment and on-boarding administration; Supporting administration aspects of weekly payroll processing where required; General administrative tasks such as filing, mail collection etc. To be successful in the role, you will require: Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to effectively balance multiple tasks, frequent interruptions and competing priorities; Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment; A friendly and approachable personality with exceptional customer service skills; Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy; Good IT skills including general to intermediate level MS Excel skills; Australian Citizenship/Permanent residency or a visa with work rights for a minimum of 4 years; Own vehicle and drivers licence; Be available for a minimum of 2 days per week and additional hours over holidays; HR, payroll or general administrative qualifications and/or experience will be highly regarded.
