About the Role: As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning opportunities that reflect each child’s unique interests and developmental stages. You’ll have the freedom to develop engaging, play-based programs in a supportive environment that values creativity, innovation, and connection. Collaborate with families, children, and the team to foster a warm, caring atmosphere that helps every child reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement play-based, child-centered programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Observe and document children’s learning progress, creating rich educational experiences that support their developmental journey. Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues, contributing to a welcoming centre culture. Provide mentorship and guidance to other educators, supporting their professional growth. Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standards of safety, care, and education. About You: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Current registration with the relevant state teaching authority. Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and early learning best practices. Warm, approachable, and passionate about making a positive impact on young lives.
