Reporting to the Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and developing a team of medical sales representatives for hospital and aged care clients Working closely with the Leadership Team to implement strategy and drive growth Supporting the team to grow the business including key accounts Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support a complex portfolio of products To be considered for this role, you will have: Degree qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or related field A track record of successfully leading a high performance team in a hospital or aged care sales environment Significant knowledge of capital medical sales buying strategies The motivation and drive to suit a busy, diverse team and business environment.
