This is a full-time, on-site role in their Zetland office. Your Day-to-Day: Become the product expert, assisting customers with seamless setup and support for their new product. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with departments like sales, marketing, and product development to integrate customer feedback into the company’s strategy. About You: Customer service experience is a plus, especially if you have a knack for building rapport. Comfortable handling challenging conversations with patience and professionalism. Basic technical expertise to guide customers through product setup, especially with an app feature. Passionate about problem-solving and curious about how things work.
