I am currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Receptionist/Administrator position for a leading company in the residential property sector based within the Burwood Region. This position gives you the opportunity to join the sales department for one of the company's luxury developments in Sydney. This company is also located near public transport and there is also parking available on site. Your new role Providing front of house and reception services, welcoming guests and agents to the office and helping visitors navigate and find the right person. Answering phone calls, screening and forwarding calls, and providing information to callers. Processing and managing our property sales portal / CRM system Checking in-coming sales advice, send signatures to the managers via DocuSign, and once signed, upload documents onto the sales portal Maintain sales portal Manage variations (excel) Assisting and supporting our sales team, including the preparation of our open inspections and ensuring our display suites are impeccably presented. Administrating key management procedures for our display suite Assisting with our online bookings / calendar system including: -Our display Suite -Valuation access -Pre-settlement Inspections -Settlements Key pick up Coordinating key management procedures for settlement Checking pexa and sales portal Reviewing ID Explaining post settlement procedures on our MyHome portal (defects and moving in) Assisting when required in preparing and providing various information for our Sales Manager. What you'll need to succeed Prior experience with CRM tools (Sales force) or database management tools will be highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good I.T skills The ability to work independently as well as being part of a team. Willing to learn and enjoy working in a dynamic multicultural environment.
