As a Sales Solutions Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting cross-functional teams, liaising with clients, and preparing project solutions with precision. Here’s what you’ll be up to: Manage relationships with partner and end-user accounts to understand their needs and provide ongoing support. Your role will involve identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating closely with the outside sales team to resolve any issues, ensuring that each client receives top-notch service. Work alongside internal teams to creatively and proactively resolve any issues raised by partners or end users. This includes engaging in proactive outreach, responding to queries, and following up on potential leads. You’ll liaise across departments to ensure client satisfaction is at the heart of every interaction. Use your knowledge of the company's product offerings to generate accurate quotes, estimates, and create purchase orders. You’ll play an essential role in streamlining processes, ensuring smooth project progression, and providing clients with precise information they need to make informed decisions. Stay informed on the latest products and market trends to identify additional opportunities to upsell complementary products to partners and end users. Your insights will contribute directly to business growth, helping clients find the best solutions for their needs while adding value. Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, gauge satisfaction levels, and make improvements based on their insights. You’ll help refine our approach, ensuring that the feedback gathered enhances pitches and service delivery for future interactions. Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improvements in product offerings, sales education, and marketing strategies, while fostering a team environment that values professionalism and integrity. What you need to bring: Demonstrated experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Proficiency with CRM and SAP platforms is preferred, along with Microsoft Office skills. You’re comfortable navigating technology and learning new systems as needed. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with emotional intelligence and professionalism to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You value client relationships and approach each interaction with care and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with attention to detail and a strong focus on prioritising.
