Your Opportunity We’re seeking an Organisational Design and Remuneration Adviser for a 12-month contract, with potential for extension. Join our small but impactful team, where we deliver a range of services and solutions to our internal customers. This role will encompass two key areas: Organisational Design and Remuneration. Here's what you’ll do Restructures – Work with the business to maximise their organisational and role design. Positions – Work with Leaders on job analysis, PD reviews and position evaluations. Rem matters – Higher duties calculations, rem guidelines/recommendations, novated lease approvals, data analysis. Benefits – Promote the many great employee benefits we have in creative and engaging ways. Contract creation – Partner with our broader Recruitment team members, assisting with the drafting of non-standard clauses and contracts. Stakeholder relationships – Work with a range of varied stakeholders, including People Business Partners, HR Central, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Finance, Payroll, leaders in the business. Continuous improvement – Share ideas and thoughts on how we can continue to improve the way we do things through not just dedicated projects but in our day to day. Strong understanding of contemporary organisational design, remuneration frameworks, and strategies. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. A high level of attention to detail. Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills. Why join our team?
