The Role Due to rapid expansion and as the business is growing year on year, the current incumbent has been promoted, and now the business is now searching for an experienced and dedicated Customer service Coordinator to assist the dynamic sales team. With the ability to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio of customer orders, take the lead and meet deadlines, no day will be the same. Extensive interaction and coordination, with internal and external stakeholders, you are the first point of contact for your portfolio of customers, prioritising and escalating, while handling calls from customers. Screening calls, and recording data the on inhouse system Champion a portfolio of live projects/ orders, you will ensure timely completion of orders received via email Cross checking orders to ensure stock is available Liaising with the warehouse Daily communication with customers is paramount in this role, you will be an empathetic, yet positive and effective listener, drawing on your ability to work within required timeframes to provide accurate information as required. The Essential Able to be accurate with a can-do attitude in often a pressured customer situation. 6 months in an office customer service, or administration role Have strong administrative skills Able to be multi-skilled in a role, where no day is the same Basic understanding of retail Strong written and verbal communication.
