What you’ll bring As a Director Teacher, you’ll take on a dynamic, part-time role on a fixed-term basis for the next 12 months, ending on December 12, 2025. Your schedule will cover every Thursday, Friday, and alternate Wednesday, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. This structure offers a unique opportunity to balance dedicated leadership time with hands-on teaching, shaping the educational experience in a consistent yet flexible way. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have: A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification. First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (issued within the last three months) or willing to obtain these.
