The key duties of the position include The Role Under general direction and within established practices and procedures, undertake a broad range of administrative and financial tasks including: Registry function Preparing documents for signature Maintain registers Arrange travel Reporting Maintain, receipt and disseminate signal from Mercury messaging system About our Team The APS 3 Administration Officer position is within the Regiment Head Quarters (RHQ) and will work alongside SERCAT 7 Military members and other APS members. The Unit has three squadrons of a SERCAT 5 workforce and the RHQ administration team support these by the actioning of administration within timelines and adhering to policy. Our Ideal Candidate We are seeking a highly motivated person who enjoys working on a broad range of tasks, can work autonomously and has the ability prioritise the workload to suit the current focus. You will need to cognisant of the Military members daily schedule and commitments outside of normal business hours and be supportive of this. Be able to provide advice and improvement on procedures. Be a team player, who is adaptable and be an integral part of the Unit.
